Quick Set Ratcheting Insert F-Clamp for Efficient and Powerful
Clamping Force
The Quick Set Ratcheting Insert F-Clamp for Efficient and Powerful
Clamping Force is an industrial-grade, high-end fastening clamp.
It's an upgraded version of the conventional ratcheting F-clamp
with an embedded structure, incorporating three key design
features: quick positioning, ratcheting locking, and an embedded
clamping jaw. Its main advantages are one-second quick positioning,
powerful clamping force, and a seamless, gap-free fit of the
clamping jaws. It offers over 40% greater clamping stability
compared to ordinary ratcheting F-clamps.
| Maximum clamping width | 12 inches / 305 mm |
|---|
| Clamping depth | 4 inches / 102mm, embedded clamp depth ≥ 15mm |
|---|
| Main shaft specifications | 14×14mm solid carbon steel square bar, wall thickness ≥2.5mm |
|---|
| Rated clamping force | ≥8000N |
|---|
| Net weight / Gross weight | 1.8-2.0 kg/piece / 2.0-2.2 kg/piece |

Differentiated advantage
- Dual-Position Quick-Release Locking Structure: The main rod
features a pre-set precise locking position + a fine-tuning sliding
position dual-positioning design. The precise locking position
allows for rough positioning of large workpieces in 1 second, while
the fine-tuning sliding position meets the ±5mm precision clamping
requirements. Ordinary models on the market only have a single
positioning mechanism, unable to balance both efficiency and
precision;
- Embedded Hardened Clamping Jaws: The embedded clamping surface is
subjected to overall high-frequency hardening to HRC50-55,
increasing the hardness of the clamping jaws by 20% compared to
ordinary embedded clamps. It prevents dents and wear during
long-term clamping of thick steel plates/hardwood materials,
ensuring long-lasting and stable clamping accuracy;
- Ductile Iron Integrated Base: Uses an HT200 ductile iron integrated
casting base, instead of ordinary stamped steel plates, improving
deformation resistance and anti-slip capabilities by 60%. There is
no base warping under 8000N full-load clamping, meeting the
precision operation requirements of high-end welding tables;
- Dual Unlock Buttons with Anti-Accidental Touch Design: The handle
integrates quick-release and ratchet unlock independent dual
buttons, both with recessed spring-loaded designs. This prevents
accidental unlocking due to hand contact or workpiece collision
during operation, and allows for easy operation even with
industrial gloves. Ordinary models on the market often have
combined buttons, which are prone to accidental touches;
- Composite Material Embedded Clamping Jaw Pads: The clamping jaw
pads use a double-layer composite material of nylon + rubber. The
outer rubber layer increases friction to prevent slipping, and the
inner nylon layer improves wear resistance. The service life is 3
times longer than ordinary rubber pads, and the embedded snap-on
design eliminates the risk of detachment.
End-to-end quality control testing
1. Raw Material Incoming Inspection
Ductile Iron / 45# Carbon Steel: Material grade, hardness, and
composition are tested to ensure compliance with HT200/45# steel
standards. Non-conforming raw materials are returned immediately.
Composite Jaw Pads / PP+TPR Grips: Environmental friendliness
(RoHS/REACH), wear resistance, and temperature resistance are
tested to ensure no hardening or cracking between -30℃ and 150℃.
Ratchet Gears / Quick-Release Buckles: Tooth profile accuracy and
hardness are tested to ensure HRC45-50 after quenching, with a
tooth profile error of ≤0.01mm.
2. In-Process Inspection
Each process step has a dedicated high-level quality control
inspector. Key inspections include the fit of the embedded jaws,
the accuracy of the main shaft positioning, and the smoothness of
the ratchet mechanism. The fitting gap is ≤0.05mm, and the
positioning error is ≤0.1mm.
During assembly, the sensitivity of the dual-release buttons and
the clamping force are tested. The peak clamping force is randomly
checked on every 5 units to ensure it reaches 10000N, far exceeding
the rated 8000N standard.
3. Final Product Inspection
Every finished product is inspected: quick-release positioning
smoothness, ratchet locking force, dual-release sensitivity,
embedded jaw fit, and absence of scratches/paint defects on the
surface. Any non-conformance results in rework.
The full inspection includes clamping accuracy testing, ensuring
that the workpiece displacement after clamping is ≤0.1mm, meeting
the requirements for precision machining.
