You can quickly rearrange modular tooling when switching to new workpieces. Both steel and cast iron versions are in stock, and full-set solutions with stands and accessories are offered.

Localized rusting on the welding table surface: Nitrided layer damaged by grinding or impact; this must be avoided
Permanent table warping: Lack of aging treatment / Prolonged excessive heavy loading / Prolonged localized high-temperature welding

Note: Welding causes instantaneous thermal expansion followed by contraction during cooling; if the surface fails to return to its original flatness after cooling, it indicates that the base plate has undergone permanent plastic deformation.
