Rolling 3D D28 Welding Table - Mobile Precision Fixturing Platform
Product Overview

Build in 3D. Move anywhere.
Traditional flat welding tables only let you work in two
dimensions. Our Rolling 3D Welding Table unlocks the third
dimension - giving you five fully machined, fixturable surfaces to
build complex assemblies from every angle. And because it's on
heavy-duty locking casters, you can roll that 3D capability
anywhere in your shop.
Built on a rock-solid Q355 steel frame with a 25mm nitrided
tabletop, every surface features precision D28mm grid holes (100mm
spacing) machined to ±0.05mm positional accuracy. Clamp vertically,
horizontally, or at compound angles. Build jigs that reference
multiple planes. Set up once, weld all sides - without flipping the
workpiece.
Perfect for fabricators who need both 3D fixturing capability and
the flexibility to move between workstations.

Why Choose Us?

✅ Fewer setups. Clamp parts on multiple planes at once. Weld the top, front, and
sides without re-fixturing. Cut setup time by 50% or more on
complex assemblies.
✅ More accurate weldments. When you reference multiple machined surfaces, your angles are
guaranteed square. No more measuring, shimming, or guessing.
✅ Build things you couldn't before. Tubular frames, chassis structures, angled brackets - anything
that needs to be true in three dimensions becomes straightforward.
✅ Move it where you need it. Why have a 3D table stuck in one corner? Roll it to the project,
roll it to the paint booth, roll it out of the way when you need
the space.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What makes this a "3D" welding table vs. a regular one?
A: A standard flat welding table only has fixturing holes on the
top surface - you work in 2D. A 3D table has precision-machined
holes on all five surfaces (top + four sides), so you can clamp and
reference parts vertically, horizontally, and at compound angles.
It's like having a table, a vise, and an angle plate all in one.
Q2: Is the table stable when I'm clamping parts on the side
surfaces?
A: Absolutely. The low center of gravity and heavy frame mean side
clamping forces won't tip or rock the table. With all four casters
locked, it's every bit as stable as a stationary table - even with
fully loaded 3D fixturing.
Q3: Can I use regular 2D clamps on the vertical surfaces?
A: Yes, all D28 fixturing components work on every surface - top,
sides, everything. The same clamps, stops, and V-blocks you use
horizontally work vertically too.
Q4: How easy is it for one person to move a 720kg table?
A: Surprisingly easy. The industrial polyurethane casters roll
smoothly on flat shop floors. Most operators can move the table
with one hand once it's rolling. Turning and maneuvering through
doorways is straightforward thanks to the swivel design.
Q5: Does the rolling mechanism affect flatness accuracy?
A: Not at all. The flatness is machined into the tabletop itself,
independent of the casters. When locked, the table sits rigid and
level. We include shims for fine-tuning on uneven floors if needed.
Q6: Can I add a second tabletop or extensions later?
A: Yes. Our modular design lets you connect multiple tables
end-to-end or side-by-side for larger projects. We also offer riser
blocks, extension plates, and custom 3D fixturing solutions.
