This five-sided modular welding platform adopts the D28 standard 28 mm reference hole and 100 mm grid layout, enabling X-Y-Z multi-direction clamping for complex frames and heavy components. Thanks to stress-relieved substrate and full nitrided finish, the table sustains tight flatness and perpendicularity tolerances under long-time heavy-load welding. Mix and match D28 locating pins, angle boxes, quick clamps and support blocks to adapt to new workpieces within minutes. Multiple dimension options and supporting leg assemblies are offered for manual welding lines as well as automated robot welding stations.

CNC Machining & Artificial Stress-Relief Aging: Eliminates internal machining stresses to ensure long-term dimensional stability; the surface features a 100mm grid scale for quick positioning without the need for repeated measurements.
Nitrided Surface: Resists weld spatter and burn-in, offers high wear resistance, minimizes spatter adhesion, and extends the welding table's service life.
Modular Compatibility: Fully compatible with all D28 standard accessories (locating pins, square boxes, angle squares, support blocks, quick clamps) for flexible combinations; multiple tables can be joined to create an extra-large welding platform.

Identifying Inferior Products

Table body comes with 1-3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wearing parts such as locating pins, clamps and bolts are consumables and not covered by warranty. Damage caused by improper operation, arc striking directly on table surface or heavy impact is excluded.

How should I maintain the D28 welding table?
